Trading Post and Special Services ads are provided only as a venue for employees and retirees offering and buying goods and services. All Trading Post Ads/Special Services Ads are subject to corporate standards, policies, and code of conduct. The Illinois Agricultural Association® and any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or employees (collectively, the IAA) may, in its sole discretion, edit, limit, delay, suspend, remove, terminate, prohibit, or refuse any ad submitted. Final judgment on posting any item will be at the discretion of the IAA. Moreover, the IAA doesn't and can't review ads listed on the Trading Post prior to posting for any typographical or grammatical errors. The IAA also has the right in its sole discretion to limit, modify, interrupt, suspend or discontinue all or any portion of the Trading Post at any time without notice. The IAA shall not be liable for any such limitations, modifications, interruptions, suspensions or discontinuance, or any purported losses, harm or damages arising from or related thereto.

Listing Conditions.
While using the Trading Post site, you must not:
A limit of 20 items may be submitted by an employee during a
20-day period for posting to the Trading Post. Like
items should be grouped into one ad. Ads will remain on this
site for 20 days from the date of posting and will not be
reposted during this time. If you have sold an item and

Other information required for contact purposes but not posted on the website include:
Pictures of items for sale may be attached only at the time the ad is submitted. Pictures must be .jpg or .gif and cannot be linked to a website.
Real Estate – The town must be listed. Ads submitted by realtors or brokers are not allowed.
Garage Sale Ads – Address or subdivision and town must be listed.
Ticket Sales – Be advised that Illinois law generally prohibits the sale of sporting event, theatre, musical performance, and other types of tickets at more than the value printed upon the face of the ticket, unless sold through a licensed ticket broker.
Ads for not‑for‑profit organization fund raisers are not accepted for Trading Post.
Ads for activities outside the ESA are not accepted for Trading Post.
Ads for the sale of items or services that the IAA and its member companies provide are not accepted for Trading Post. Examples include lawn services and lawn chemical application.
Ads for ongoing services are not accepted for the Trading Post. An example would be a product for which you take orders, craft or distribution sales, handmade/hand-crafted items (designed and/or created by the seller), or a service such as lawn mowing. The only exception to this is Child Care. A Special Services ad web page is available for those ads. In addition, advertisements for help wanted are also not accepted for the Trading Post.
Additional Listing Guidelines
Create your own ad.
Don't use text or images (including photos) from
manufacturers' websites, third-party product catalogs, or
other sources without specific permission from the owner.
Write your own description of the item you are selling and
take your own photos.
Use brand names appropriately.
If you're selling a brand name product, you can mention the
brand name in your ad and include photos that you've taken
of the item you're selling. Don't use the manufacturer's
text, images (including photos), or logo unless you're
authorized to do so by the manufacturer.
Make sure your item is authentic.
You can't list an item that bears the brand name or logo of
a company that didn't manufacture or authorize the product.
Don't list homemade or otherwise unauthorized copies of
music, movies, television programs, or software.
